It's a GIRL!!

Trinity Grace has arrived and she is darling! We are all doing really well. Trinity has a full head of dark hair which is a first for us. She is just a little peanut and by far our smallest by a half pound and over 2 inches less than Ali and Justin. Her stats were 7 lbs 2.6 oz, 17.25” long with a 14” head. I am not running any races yet, but, getting around very well. I can definitely say that a c-section is the way to go. Our delivery was delayed for about an hour, because, just before going to the OR, my Anesthesiologist passed out which sent the staff scrambling to find the other on call. He is okay now and I am super glad that he hit the floor before coming to the OR!

Brenda brought Justin and Ali and her two boys to visit briefly on Thursday evening and Justin was so sweet with Trinity. As he sat next to me in bed he softly explained to her whom all of the people in her room were. He held her and kissed her. Ali stroked her head until she started crying and then Ali just wanted her Daddy. When Wayne returned to the kids that evening Ali held her arms up to him and kept repeating, “Momma, Baby?” I couldn’t wait to wrap my arms around Ali and Justin at home yesterday.

Justin had school Wednesday and Thursday and Ali stayed with Lisa Wednesday, my Mom Wednesday evening and Aunt Brenda Thursday. Our niece Erica kept them Friday and Trinity and I joined everyone at home on Saturday.

Thank you all for your prayers and support!!
